A Man Who Wants To Lead The Orchestra Must Turn His Back On The Crowd

orch 2You really cannot do both, it’s either you lose one, and gain the other, or in a bid to gain both, you lose out completely.

The orchestra in itself is a complex piece, and directing the affairs requires so much attention to every little detail, which leaves you no time to notice what’s going on behind, be it positive or negative.

A man that must achieve something extraordinary must be ready to do the extra, turn a deaf ear to a whole lot of things in form of disturbances.

Great men that do great things usually confine themselves in a place and do not show up until they achieve that which they have set out to do.

If you want to write your name in the annals of achievers, your total attention has to be on your set goal not minding whatever obstacle that presents themselves on the way to achieving that goal. Once you have achieved this then you can turn and face the crowd.
