Love is no longer all that is needed in marriage, according to what ladies of these days are clinging to. They are of the view that love cannot put food on the table and pay bills; especially when the chips are down. Though, some guys do not buy this view; they are however, of the opinion that money and marriage are virtually inseparable. They believe that love comes first before any other thing. So what is your take on this? Do you think that love is enough reason to say I do in marriage?
Would you say yes to a man’s marriage proposal even if he doesn’t demonstrate enough ability to take care of your financial needs? While we believe that love is the bedrock of any marriage, it should go along with other things such as money, and the likes. The couple must be ready in all wise.
So let’s hear it from you; what is your view on money and marriage? Is it enough reason to say yes? Should a lady be criticized for turning a man down just because he doesn’t have the financial ability to meet some or all of her material needs?
The ball is in your court—let’s hear it from you.
