The mind, man’s biggest and most influential weapon. The mind is known to be the engine room of all concepts or ideas.
Imagine what the world would be without all the ideas the “great minds” brought to fruition, I’m sure the Stone Age would be our lot. The mere fact that your minds can house that thought, you have the ability to do it.
Established here is the fact that anything that would be done physically has already been viewed and concluded in the mind.
So in this light, all action (positive/negative) or that would ever be taken, have and would be thoroughly processed in the mind before it’s been acted out.
My advice, fight the negative thoughts that filter into your mind, harness the positive ones and you’ll be better for it.
