“When you make the sacrifice in marriage, you’re sacrificing not to each other but to unity in a relationship,”—Joseph Campbell.
Marriage is a union of two adults who agree to come together to be happy together. However, happiness doesn’t come without certain sacrifices being put in place. Sometimes you have to let certain things go before true and lasting happiness can come your way.
Give your marriage the chance it needs to get on the right track by making necessary sacrifices. Marriage is just like life; it is not a bed of roses. Things may not always go as planned; but it behoves you to make it work. By making necessary sacrifices, you are saying to yourself, “I believe in this marriage, and I am going to make it work.”
Like Joseph Campbell is saying this morning: “When you make the sacrifice in marriage, you’re sacrificing not to each other but to unity in a relationship.”
