Is It Right To Always Hand Your Payslip To Your Spouse?
The last time I asked a question about if it was right for couples to own a joint account, the outcome was not only as controversial as the topic; it was a kind of eye-opener for a lot of people as well. People who never believed in some of these things were awed in what those who believed in it had to say. However, some are of the view that they won’t even share the details of their payslip with their spouse, let alone having a joint account with her. That is why I want to know if it is right to always hand your payslip to your spouse at the end of every month.
Will such move affect the man’s ability to control his spending? Will such a move make the woman to trust the man even more? What are the benefits of revealing your monthly income with your spouse? Is it a sign of how much you love your spouse or just a show of transparency? By the way, some men see this as trading away your liberty; are they right to see things that way?
What would you do if your spouse keep insisting on seeing or knowing how much you earn every month?
