Fighting Temptation—I Might Have To Ask My Wife’s Sister To Leave The House

Dear readers, please read Korede’s story and lend him a helping hand (advice) please…

I respect my marriage and love my wife, not because the Bible demands it, but because I truly care for the woman I am married to. I believe in complete faithfulness in marriage—it really doesn’t matter whether my partner is around or not.

My wife is out of the state for a course organized by her company. She is expected to spend three weeks there before she returns. I had to quickly send in this mail and plead with Iyanda to publish it before I take some steps or decisions I might regret later in life.

Tobi is the younger sister of my wife and she came to live with us in Lagos. She completed her mandatory National Youth Service Corps programme in 2015, and had to relocate to Lagos to enhance her chances of getting a job.

Tobi doesn’t know how to dress decently or I should just say she doesn’t care if she walks around the house naked as if she lives alone. I am so ashamed to say this; but the truth is that Tobi is the most attractive child of her parents. She is so gorgeous when she is well-dressed, so it beats me hollow why she dresses so seductively.

How can a young lady be dressing provokingly in the same apartment where her sister’s husband lives; and especially when her sister is not around? I think it runs in the blood because my wife was once like that before she gave her life to Christ. I once complained to my wife about the kind of dresses her sister wears around the house; but she laughed it off and asked me to take my eyes away from it.

Two nights ago she came to open the door for me when I got back from work half naked, with a bum short and a see-through blouse. I think she doesn’t take it as anything probably because she is from a family where there is not a single male child—six girls to be precise.

Sometimes too she leaves the door of her room open when dressing up—and her sister doesn’t even complain about it. I think I might have to talk to her sister once again and even threaten to ask Tobi to leave our house.

I am really fighting temptation; after all I am human and the thing is beginning to take control of me.

Please i really need your advise…
