Can’t Solve A Problem? Don’t Add To It!

“There are horrible people who, instead of solving a problem, tangle it up and make it harder to solve for anyone who wants to deal with it. Whoever does not know how to hit the nail on the head should be asked not to hit it at all,”—Friedrich Nietzsche.

Posterity will judge our actions, our words, and our behaviours. What is the use in making a situation worse than you met it? If you are unskilled in the art of resolving conflicts, then leave it for those who can do it. Don’t make matters worse than you met it; it won’t do your credibility any good.

Don’t say a word just because your tongue urges you to say something; only open up when the need arises. Watch it—the tongue is a killer!
