Heartbreak, no matter how distasteful it is, remains one of those issues that continue to generate a lot of debates amongst people. People dump their partners for different reasons; this is not something new, and I doubt we are ever going to see an end to it anytime soon. However, the manner of going about it remains an issue worth being discussed.
Some, probably out of fear or lack of confidence would rather send a text message to their partners. More often than not, sending a text message to someone you are no longer interested in has generated more bad blood than any other methods. Sometimes it could draw attention away from the primary issue, and focus on why the sender chose the text option rather than telling it to the face of the other party.
While some have justified it as one of the best ways to bring an end to a relationship, others have frowned at it; calling or regarding it as an act of cowardice. So what is your take on this—would you describe breaking up by text message and act of cowardice or another perfect method of calling it quit with a partner?
